Born and raised in Salem, Melissa has some deep roots in the community. Melissa's entrepreneurial spirit and courage made it possible to open Compass Home Mortgage Company in 2021. Her dedication, care and deep connections to her clients are what sets her apart in this industry she has spent more than 6 years in. For Melissa, clients are the most important part, and finding them a home loan tailored to fit their needs is her main goal. Melissa is co-owner of Tsunami Taproom in South Salem with her Husband, Jason. Melissa's passions, other than mortgages, include watching her son, Jackson, play high school football, kayaking, cooking, and camping with the family.
