Compass Home Mortgage's Processor is Mikayla Minnick. Born and raised in Salem, Oregon, she comes from a large family all still in the area. After a decade in the beauty industry, Mikayla started in the world of mortgage over a year ago and hit the ground running. Mikayla has impeccable attention to detail and the drive to get every loan to the finish line. Mikayla is married to Drew, and they just welcomed their first baby, Maxwell, Nov 2021. Apart from helping home loans get to close as fast and efficiently as possible, she enjoys spending time with family, some with 4 legs, vacations to Disneyland and cooking/baking.
